[Bug]: Gnome windows closing when open menu #2928

Describe the bug

Hello! I have a big problem which I don't know if I can change that.

I'm currently on Fedora 38 with Gnome, when I have a game open, if I use 3 fingers to switch to an other workspace or to go to my application menu, the game just closes, there is no crash message or other thing, just the game closes.

This is really annoying when I play on something, because that can be an accidental movement, so that why I report that.

To Reproduce

  1. Open a game
  2. Switch to a workspace

Package

Flatpak from Flathub

Distribution

Fedora 38

I might have the same issue:

Hi, I have also experienced the same problem with Gnome with a Wayland session. Not really a solution, but as a workaround for games, enabling the Gamescope setting has worked just fine until now.

This is also happening to me on an application running in Bottles, on Ubuntu, when the application is in focus and I use trackpad gestures.
