[Bug]: EA App has no login screen

Describe the bug

I can't login to the EA App. Everything installs fine but when I launch EA App I eventually get to a blank login screen that says EA at the top. I'm experiencing this same behavior in Steam and Lutris so doubt it is specific to Bottles.
