Library icons are based on program name.

Library icons based on the .exe icon.

Other solutions?

Using a custom icons.

Here you can see my custom application called GTA SA (short for "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas") using a "Grand Theft Auto: Underground" icon. image

I've had trouble with this myself, some games remain blank no mater how I name them.
