Epic Games login does not work #267

When selecting the "email address" and "password" fields in the login page for "Sign in with Epic Games", the cursor never appears and I cannot type into those fields. This is on Ubuntu 23.04 running the latest version of bottles with the default settings for the Epic Games launcher.

Same on Arch with Wayland.

I have the same thing on my Linux Mint. Do you have any solutions?

@fredjt @cursefroge .Here is one of solutions: connect your epic games account to google/steam (or any of the proposed one auth providers) account using browser version of epic, and then select google/steam auth method in your epic games launcher. After that you will enter in your account without any of inputs. Hope this helps!

Judging by the time of this issue, this is probably related to the graphical issues GNOME Mutter 44 had on Wine, specially on WebViews like those login screens. That has been fixed since Mutter 45.rc, so I guess this shouldn't be an issue anymore, if that's indeed the case.
