Fusion not launching from bottle

Seems to be some kind of wine config issue? i have zero familiarity with this level of messing with wine.

wine: Using setpriority to control niceness in the [-10,10] range
Application could not be started, or no application associated with the specified file.
ShellExecuteEx failed: File not found.

There has been a change to the installer, resulting in incomplete installation. The best way to confirm this issue is to verify the contents of the Fusion .ini file. If the contents are some statement about a placeholder, the installation did not finish.
