Can you tell me where the BOM is or the link?

there is no BOM as mentioned in the readme. you can use the CAD file for sourcing and guiding

"All screw sizes and types are properly documented in the CAD (soon there will be a conversion BOM also). Also no more “exotic” sizes, everything is according to what VORON is using officially."

Any word when the BOM might be released, cannot use CAD currently as my hardware prevents it.

Use the siboor ender switchwire fasteners kit It has all the necessary screws I just converted my Ender 3 Neo It was missing an M3X30 SCHS only Had 15 screws while CAD uses 16 4 for X motor mount and 4 for Z motor mount And 4 for each z bearing block Luckily it was included in the spares

Trust at your own risk: I went through the "gantry" component and compiled a BOM, here's what I found:

Totals:

Part Quantity
2020 Extrusion 310mm 1
F695-2RS 16
GT2 20T 6mm Powge 2
M3 Threaded Insert 8
M3X30 SHCS 16
M3x12 SHCS 2
M3x16 SHCS 2
M3x40 SHCS 2
M3x8 SHCS 4
M5 1mm Spacer 16
M5X10 BHCS 2
M5x16 BHCS 4
M5x30 BHCS 4
M5x40 SHCS 8
MGN12 LINEAR GUIDE RAIL 300mm 1
NEMA17 2
X Belt 1
Z Belt 1

I'm a bit skeptical, because elsewhere I've read "20 × F695-2RS" pretty consistently, so I'd advise double-checking the CAD and/or just ordering a few extras in case I've made some mistakes.
