Service request to a frowarder #39

In the example shown in Figure 2, when the client sends a service request to "CATS-Forwarder 1"

  • Can you please help me understand what type of request is this?. Is it a request from the end client requesting for a compute service to host any new service or a SF hosted in a site (host)?.

[Med] This is the request to access/invoke the service. It is not sent explicitly to the forwarder, but is intercepted. The text should be clarified. Thanks.
