Please find attached some quick comments/inputs about the draft. I embedded some comments directly in the file, with items that I think are easy to fix: use identities rather than enumeration, 64 instead of 32, gauge, etc.
Now for the design, I’m not comfortable to graft the energy optimization directly into the inventory. I suggest to split the design into two parts: energy saving capabilities that can be stored in an inventory and another set of features to tweak those while taking into account topology matters
