In this PR, final evaluation adjustments and fixes were made:

Config files were updated/generation configs added.
Evaluation script was changed such that datasets without test or validation sets are also handled.
The postprocess function call for NER and POS datasets were giving an error for other classification datasets. This bug was fixed.
