Interwiki implementation is going quite well, except it's making the already complex code more complex. Well, whatever.

Migrate to links.Link interface from links.LegacyLink. Progress:

• [x] Transclusion (show error)
• [x] Inline links

After migrating everything to the new interwiki-enabled type, gotta fix those things in the tools package
