Wandboard: Added support for HDMI in dts #40

This patch adds support for HDMI output on Wandboard. Tested with rev b1.

Hi,

This kernel tree is only meant for Boundary Devices platforms. Please contact the Wandboard community to know which kernel to use, it shouldn't be this one.

Otherwise I suggest using the community-based linux-fslc: https://github.com/Freescale/linux-fslc
