Android - Create Path Page Update

It is decided to change the general structure of the path in the Meeting 21.1 - 28.12.2021 . As discussed in the meeting, we decided to implement tasks and milestones in a learning path. Also the Topic addition in the create path should be improved from the last milestone. Following these feedbacks, it is required to update the Create Path Page. The main steps are as following:

New branch is created as "android/create-path-update" and the implementation is started in there.
