Android Search Page Implementation #393

After postponing this feature a lot, it is decided to implement it in the final milestone. In this respect, it is decided to allocate explore page for search feature and all search related operations should be done under there. The main functionalities are:

Users should be able to receive search results as Users, Topics and Paths for one query.
Users should be able to navigate to the result page via clicking resulting items.

So, a well planned implementation process will be followed:
