Implementation of User Container and Tag Container #396

Whilst results of User search and Tag search are implemented as the http request, corresponding widgets are not designed and implemented yet.

Existing containers include irrelevant features like fav button on Tag container which should be removed.
Description information for the tag should be added to the tag container.
User container should be implemented which includes username and profile picture.

After implementing some containers in the "update create path page" feature, I was able to implement fancy and useful container for both User and Topics. (Related issues b5f564e7c38ad30e07b0e07af7466eb845e19065 and 7a4a081b116b773f647b97bef28b44801618249b)
