Apply and follow event features on detailed event page will be implemented as it is decided in #166.

Dummy apply, undo apply, follow and unfollow event functionalities are implemented until event detail page is ready.

Decided not to implement follow event functionality as it is not so meaningful, deleted code related to follow event functionality.

Implemented apply and undo apply event functionalities on event detail page. Buttons and texts are arranged according to the cases of owner, participant, applicant and full event.
