Create separate user profile's page #248

Users can show other user's pages and informations about them. Also in different section of app users can click other user's name and again show their pages.

Separate user profile page is created. It is the same as user's own profile page. When users click the other users' name they will see the clicked user's personal information, badges that gained and the events that they participated or will participate.
