[Frontend] Added Image Annotations #301

Hello dear frontend fellows,

Regarding the issue #300 I have added the image annotations to view-article page. Users are now able to create, update, delete annotations to the image on the article. All of the functions are connected to the backend and they work synchronously. Following is a GIF that shows the changes:
