Frontend - Header Needs Update

Header needs a major update:

• Handling Messages Button:
  • Show the number of unread messages
  • remove the unnecessary bar if possible
• Notification Button:
  • Create the notification button that opens the Notification Modal
  • Show the number of unread notifications
• Notification Modal:
  • Create the Notification Modal:
    • list all notifications of the user
    • includes "Read All" and "Close" buttons
    • API calls related to notification, GET and POST /api/message/notifications/

With the latest pull request, notifications are working as intended but it still needs a css makeup. Closing the issue for now.
