We relaized that doctor sign-up button is affected by other buttons due to name conflicts. I found the reason of that bug and I made improvements doctor sign-up page to resolve name conflicts with other pages. I also changed size of category side bar. There is allignment problem between post and sidebar. The reason of that problem is also usage of same name for containers.
Now, all conflicts are resolved and size of button is appropriate for our sign-up form. Side bar is alligned accordng to start position of first post.
