Deployment: IP address for the frontend #446

Currently, IP address for the frontend is our test server right now. It should be localhost or at least configurable from the docker environments because it will be scalable that way. There should be another backup server. For only demo purposes.

We have tried to change it to the localhost, however it did not worked properly. More research is needed.
