Description:

There should be a issue templates for team whom create issue in a formation.

Steps:

1) Create issue template for general team 2) Create issue templete for mobile which is specialised

Templetes has added in 7afa84ee11523ba82ee15f628bac17a0ff580cbc and 4141b53678dc757523c171ef07a573807185d181. More templete could be added via templete edit page.

I assume that most of the team has become aware of the issue templates, so this issue could be closed.
