Frontend: Update Search Bar UI and Location

Description:

I have noticed that the search bar is currently located in a less intuitive location on the page and that the search bar's UI could be improved to provide a better user experience. I need to move search bar to a more better location on the page and that the search bar's UI be updated to be more visually appealing and easier to use.

Steps:

1) Determine the desired location for the search bar on the page. 2) Update the HTML code for the page to reflect the new location of the search bar.

3) Update the CSS code for the page to ensure that the search bar is styled correctly in its new location.

4) Test the updated page to ensure that the search bar is displayed correctly in its new location and that it functions as expected.

5) Update the search bar's UI to improve its visual appeal and usability.
