Frontend: Search Bar UI and Place Update #522

I have implemented the updates to the search bar location and UI as requested in the "Update search bar location and UI for improved user experience" issue.

I have moved the search bar to a more prominent location on the page and updated the search bar's UI to be more visually appealing and easier to use. I have also tested the updated page and search bar to ensure that they are functioning correctly.
