Deployment: Change Dockerfile for the Front-end deployment #536

Description: Front-end image was almost 2GB in the test server. Test server's storage was 8GB. It was keeping the server busy. I need to create a multistage Dockerfile.

Deadline: 25.12.2022 12.00

Now the image size for the front end image is 200MB.
