Frontend Bug: Failure of the Compilation and Test Deployment #549

About Bug:

Navbar component uses Seach Bar component. However, SearchBar.js is not imported from Search Bar component under "components" class in the last version. Therefore, system is not compiled and deployed automatically. I resolved bug and I tested it. There is no problem with this version. It should be compiled and deployed automatically
