Description:

Selecting a text, allows user to annotate selection. All annotations should be highlighted when user opens post details

What to do:

[x] Implement Text Selection
[x] Get all annotations via endpoint and highlight them
[x] Post an annotation via endpoint
[x] Create Alert Dialog for setting target value of w3 annotation and display already existing target value
