[Mobile] Text annotation deletion has been implemented #525

Description: Text annotations are now deletable. Necessary API function has been created, necessary model updates has been implemented, necessary page updates have also been implemented.

Tasks Done:

[x] Annotaton model has been updated.
[x] API function for deleting annotation has been created.
[x] Page updates have been implemented.
[x] Necessary API and page connections have been implemented.
