1 year ago I added status of the deliverables section to our second milestone group report. Here is the relevant section:
Evaluation of the Status of Deliverables
We have changed our requirements and project plan after milestone 1. Furthermore, all deliverables were submitted in time.
The evaluation for status of the each deliverable can be seen below.
Software Requirements Specification
We have simplified our requirements about annotations. Specifically 1.1.13.1 and 1.1.13.2 which allowed annotations by user type. Now all users are allowed to annotate all text and images.
Project Plan
We updated our project plan according to what we implemented between milestone 1 and milestone 2.
Individual Contribution Reports
Each member filled their own contributions and we submitted it before the decided deadline.
I will add a "status of the deliverables of milestone 1" section to our second milestone report which explains the changes we have made in Milestone 1 deliverables.
