Merge develop into master for Milestone 2 #543

After merging #542 into develop, we can merge the develop into master as well so that all the final work for Milestone 2 including the deliverables will be combined in our master branch.

I am waiting for the CI to merge this PR. When it is done I am going to merge it immediately. Thanks for working on these PR's @canatakan!
