[BE] Auction and Bidding Features #572

Ideart. should provide Auction and Bidding features. Required classes are already implemented beforehand. @askabderon was assigned to complete the features by implementing endpoints.

[x] Review the Auction class to be sure that it is well written
[x] Review the Bid class to be sure that it is well written
[x] Implement the Auction endpoints.
[x] Implement the Bid endpoints.
