[Frontend] Upvote Downvote Comments #588

Comments shall be updated to include upvote downvote functionality.

Visitor users shall only be able to view while logged-in users shall be able to upvote/downvote too.

I have completed the comment upvote/downvote functionality. Here is how it looks:

Visitor users are shown the likes and dislikes like the third comment in the image above. They can't click anything.

Users can upvote/downvote or retract their upvotes/downvotes. Numbers next to the icons are updated as they upvote/downvote.
