[Annotation] Remove the tag field from the annotation editor

We don't have a meaningful use case for the tag field provided by default by the recogito libraries. We can remove them from the annotation editors that are displayed when creating and editing annotations.

The tag fields are removed from the annotation editors with the commit #895e5f8. Only the comment field is available.
