Spot Styling - Upvote/Downvote Spots #602

Improved styling of Detailed Spot view, Update Spot, Create Spot Pages according to the mockups.
Added Spot preview to Update and Create Spot pages so that the user can see what their Spot will look like.
Added Spot Upvote/Downvote functionality.
User's can now update their own spots by using the "Edit Spot" button. This button and its connection that transfered the data of the spot to the update page did not exist before.

Some conflicts occured due to not having merged recent week's PRs, resolved conflict by accepting new design as truth and will build annotation on top of it.
