Backend - Fix Delete User API #716

Currently, delete user API doesn't delete most of the user deleted entities. It should be arranged in a way that all user related entities are deleted.

This issue includes:

[x] Delete user's post votes
[x] Delete user's post comments
[x] Delete user's reputation votes
[x] Delete comments, votes, etc. of user's posts

Note: I didn't create a PR since there is no one on the backend side to review it. Actually DeleteUser API is a responsibility of @bahadirgezer!
