Description

Due to client requirements, we need to implement one of the following standards.

W3C
Web Annotation Data Model
Activity Streams 2.0
WCAG 2.2

This task is to coordinate that choice.

Acceptance Criteria

Standards has to be researched with short description with pros/cons for each.
A team poll has to be conducted for a final decision to be reached
The standard that'll be implemented has to be chosen.
