The question page design is implemented as in the UI design and allows the user to view, bookmark, delete questions.

[ ] The question page includes the information returned by the API including title, description, author name, rating.
[ ] The question page shows the delete button for the author's own questions.
[ ] The question page does not show the delete button for others' questions.
