📚 Description

• Implement document embedding request with (HuggingFace Serverless Inference API)[https://huggingface.co/docs/api-inference/index].
• Use the (Multilingual-e5-large-instruct)[https://huggingface.co/intfloat/multilingual-e5-large-instruct] model to get the vector embedding of the questions.
• This embedding vector will be used for personalized recommendation system.

📋 Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] The embedding request of the question is sent by merging the title and the description of the question.
• [ ] The embedding request is implemented with JavaScript.
• [ ] An embedding of size 1024 is returned.
