📚 Description

Integrate the embeddings of Questions with Spring AI PGvector. A new entry should be added for each new Question posted, and in the case of an update to a Question the corresponding embedding should be updated.

📋 Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Embedding with a size of 1024 should be stored for each Question.
• [ ] A new entry should be added when a new Question is posted.
• [ ] The entry of the regarding Question should be updated if a Question is updated.
