Migrate Turquiz Application to DigitalOcean #710

🧱 Description

Currently, our application runs on a micro EC2 machine on AWS servers. However, resources allocated for application in free tier are sufficient to run the application continuously. Thus, we have to reboot the machine frequently because of the failures.
DigitalOcean gives away 200$ credit for invited users for free which enables us to use a larger machine with more cores, RAM and storage.

📋 Acceptance Criteria

[x] Environment variables are adjusted for newly adopted DigitalOcean machine.
[x] Application is migrated to DigitalOcean.
