The forum pages are implemented for the first milestone. Now it is time to implement quiz pages. This issue covers the initial designs of quiz solving pages and related components.

The commits can be seen in here. We are done with the initial designs with mock data. The pages are linked to each other. All quiz related pages/components are designed. @yunusemreozdemir can you check?
