fix(mobile): HTTP Request Issue + Register Bug #483

Fixes #462 and #482.

HTTP requests are now enabled.
The login page is ready to communicate with the backend for authentication during login.
A minor bug on register that caused the app to crash has been fixed.

Special thanks to @Halil-Ibrahim-Kasapoglu from Group 2 for allowing me to use his phone for testing. This PR would not exist without his valuable help.

I have built and tested the mobile app on my personal mobile phone, both the register page and the http request issues seem to be fixed. Thanks for the effort.
