What kind of change does this PR introduce?

This PR introduces a new behaviour into the mobile application, which is the search feature.

What is the current behavior?

The current behaviour is the behaviour which is expected in the issue #193

What is the new behavior ?

Users are able to make searchs about posts and programs right now.

Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

This PR introduces a searching feature in the mobile application which has not been implemented before.

Necessary commits have been made and conflicts are resolved with @MertCengiz. The branch is ready to be merged into main.
