Issue Description

I will create community pages for each team in our app. Also, I will add an icon to navigation bar to enable user to reach his/her favorite team easier.

User can access all the communities and create post to his/her favorite team community page. Also user can access his/her favorite page by clicking the community button in the navigation bar.
