Fix CSS inconsistencies and bugs [General] #178

There are many components in the project that are left without CSS that is visually suitable for the app. I need to take care of them, bring them together in a similar design language.

CSS of communities, settings, sidebar components are rewritten. So I'm closing this issue now. There are no major CSS changes needed right now.
