We need a page in the web UI for users to be able to create posts. This functionality should comply with the user stories.

User stories will be linked in the description/comments of this issue as soon as they are shared in the wiki.

[x] A url path should be defined, which should respond a web content/page that allows users to see individual posts.
[x] The web page should be reached easily by the users that are logged in.
[x] UI of this feature should comply with the mobile app of the project.
[x] UX of this feature should comply with the user stories.

Ersel and I have initialized post pages. Post urls are functional and they display the posts correctly.
