[Halil] Refinement in UI/UX in mobile front-end

We discussed what needs to be changed in both web & mobile front-end and here are some results:

• [x] Make labels in the question body shown in feed clickable.
• [x] Update random questions shown in feed with random questions by interest.
• [x] We should have upvote/downvote instead of Like as currently is.
• [x] Remove comment button in feed question body.
• [x] Add a mandatory survey after sign up to get user's interest.
• [x] Search section should be improved.

So, before last checks I would like share some updates:

1. This is our new mobile feed, no more old-fashioned search button etc. We now make our queries with bounced call or whatever it is called.
2. Search results now contain both posts and wikidata search results. Questions are connected to the questiondetail page which shows further information, and wikidata results are also have the current page unchanged.
3. After sign-up, we ask user about their preferences. This page will also be discussed, especially the labels:

Everything is connected to backend so nothing static here, just requires a few more tests.
