This adds a basic forbidden word breaks list with the combined lists of the old forbidden breaks dictionary and the list of the Thai Bible book names Kenton sent. I've added basic linting for the forbidden word breaks list, but I'm happy to add more if there's anything else that would be good guardrails. I've also added the actual Lua script to apply the Forbidden Break style that Kenton will use.
