Fix forbidden word breaks #26

  1. Lint that forbidden word breaks are sorted alphabetically
  2. Apply them in the Lua filter from longest to shortest. This ensures that 1 เปโตร is wrapped before เปโตร matches, etc. Refs https://github.com/bountonw/translate/issues/268#issuecomment-2087875441

@bountonw Ok, I'm fine keep พระ. I'll let you keep the words sorted with vim, since the order in that file doesn't really matter anymore for the filter.
