PP51 pdf not generating titles #386

The Thai or English Titles are not rendering in the pdf for PP51. This may be because there is an apostrophe in the English name.

So this was actually caused by invalid whitespace (non-breaking whitespace   (U+00A0)) in the frontmatter yaml. Removed and added linting in #402.
