Move GC files to 01_raw in preparation to translate #411

I used the nuclear option to pass linting. These files are CLEAN and ready to go. There were a couple of files that have been translated that have had some minor cleanup in this process.

@mattleff This should be ready to go. Am trying to sprint to the finish line and finish the raw translation by Christmas. The machine translation is not helpful without a translation platform that neatly handles the segmentation.
